Commercial clarity
Delivery & Quotation Terms
Clear operating terms for quote-based technical supply.
Delivery
Delivery policy
- ✓Courier or delivery is quoted separately where applicable, unless the accepted quotation or contract states that delivery is included.
- ✓Delivery charges may depend on parcel size, weight, destination, insurance, handling and urgency.
- ✓Tracking is shared after dispatch where available.
- ✓Shortages, visible damage or incorrect items should be reported promptly after delivery so the matter can be assessed.
Quotation
Quotation and supply terms
- ✓Quotations are based on supplier confirmation, technical information and availability at the time of preparation.
- ✓Validity, payment, warranty and delivery terms are stated on the applicable quotation.
- ✓First-time or specially sourced orders may require payment security before procurement begins.
- ✓Non-stock or specially sourced items may be non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Compatibility
Product identification and fit
Compatibility is assessed against the part numbers, equipment details, photographs, datasheets, application information and other records supplied by the customer.
- ✓QUANTREX may request the equipment model, serial number, PIN or manufacturer reference before confirming a quotation.
- ✓Equivalent products are offered only where the available information supports the proposed match and customer approval is obtained where appropriate.
- ✓Brand names and references are used for identification and sourcing; authorised distributorship is claimed only when confirmed in writing.
Formal orders
Transaction-specific terms take priority
Where a formal RFQ, tender, purchase order or contract requires an all-inclusive delivered price or specifies different payment, delivery, warranty or commercial conditions, the accepted written terms for that specific transaction take precedence over the general website information.
Institutional and government orders: Approved orders are processed according to the accepted purchase order, quotation and contract requirements, subject to supplier availability and any written clarifications.
